ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to resolve issues and draw insights.
• Efficiently manage large datasets and implement intricate rating changes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management effectively.
• Evaluate alternative data sources for risk rating and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Support the development and maintenance of data assets for the team.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the general insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as BigQuery, SAS, SQL, or R.Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial studies, or related field.
