About the team
ICF Europe & Asia Group is currently seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst in its Central London office or remotely in Spain. You will work within the Contracts & Risk team working closely with other corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Tax and Business Operations) in providing direct support to the ICF Operations staff in the review of invitations to tender (ITTs) and the preparation of both basic and complex Pricing proposals. You will support operations throughout Europe & Asia including Belgium, India, and China. Occasional international travel may be required. You will also be an integral member of proposal teams contributing to the development of costing and pricing strategy, identifying risks, and interpreting project requirements.

About the role

  • Prepare timely, accurate and compliant proposal costings taking full account of client requirements and project-specific risks.
  • Present financial analyses & participate in pricing reviews with Senior Management
  • Work closely with Contracts and Subcontracts staff and participate in the proposal pricing process to include Analysis of Invitations to Tender / Requests for Proposal requirements; develop pricing strategies, review, analyse and compile cost data.
  • Utilize processes and tools that result in compliant and high-quality pricing models.
  • Creation of new pricing models when necessary
  • Support other pricing team members in preparing responses and review of work.
  • Prepare cost assumptions related to pricing
  • Adhere to and support company policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Group Pricing Lead and the Pricing team in the development of pricing strategy.

Required experience Job Posting Details

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience pricing professional services contracts or similar experience e.g., Finance and Accounting
  • High proficiency using Excel and strong knowledge of VBA, Word, Power Point, and other Microsoft applications. Understanding knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Basic working knowledge of contract types, especially Fixed Price and Time and Material.
  • High degree of numeracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to act with a substantial degree of independence within delegated limits.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple pricing efforts under tight deadlines.
  • High level of ability to work independently.
  • Detail oriented.
