As a Senior Business Manager in Revenue Development, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments in an entrepreneurial environment. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Development and Client Pricing Asia & Emerging Markets, you’ll drive profitability management in a changing regulatory landscape. This role is based in Singapore, offering hybrid work arrangements in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic client pricing & revenue development initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders (Front Regions, Product/Sales Units, Finance, etc.)
  • Supervise and support team members and act as deputy to the department head
  • Support the department head by overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
  • Engage in ongoing dialogue with Front Office, Product Divisions, Market, and Finance to promote profitability management and enhance client pricing frameworks
  • Develop pricing related solutions, concepts and designs and works closely with IT and Business to get these implemented
  • Operate in complex environment and deliver actionable pricing recommendations to senior management and global/local stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery aligned with cost, risk and regulatory requirements
  • Develop, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and best practices
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on pricing & profitability
  • Develop and manage pricing-related training and education concept and coordinate execution
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing-related platform and risk topics

REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES &/OR RISK MANAGEMENT

  • Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
