Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager (level of a Senior principal Consultant) with a strong background in digital transformation and data analytics within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in project management and delivery, with a deep understanding of digital banking, fintech implementations, and data analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees in ML & AI or business administration preferred.
• Professional certifications like PMP, CSM are highly desirable.
• Over 15 years of experience in project management within the banking and financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in leading digital banking and fintech implementations.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing business environments.

• Lead and manage complex digital transformation projects across banking and financial services, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, and data teams to align digital transformation strategies with business objectives.
• Drive fintech implementations, including mobile banking and personal online banking projects.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to post-production support, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Utilize advanced data analytics and reporting tools (such as Hadoop, Tableau, Python, etc.) to drive business insights and decision-making.
• Oversee vendor and resource management, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to budget constraints.
• Conduct stakeholder management, engaging with senior business leaders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Facilitate agile delivery methodologies, ensuring smooth project execution and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Provide expertise in cloud computing, big data, APIs, and security best practices.
• Lead and support teams in implementing ERP/BI data analytics and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with Project Management Standards (PMS) and Service Delivery Framework (SDF).
