Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior/Principal Consultant with Robert Walters will play an integral part in focusing on driving business growth by creating new opportunities within the South Australia Government Account team, as well as managing and developing key relationships within the government departments. The incumbent will be a consistent high achiever, identifying and winning new business, maintaining extensive knowledge of market conditions, and acting as a role model to other consultants and candidate managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide overarching direction and management of the South Australian account team on growth, delivery and compliance
  • Scope out contract and project opportunities within Corporate Services and Technology/Transformation within the South Australian Government Departments
  • Responsible for identifying and passing on contract roles across Corporate Services and Technology/Transformation at ASO4/5+ level
  • Account manage 3-5 South Australian Government departments
  • Alongside Directors undertake Monthly/Quarterly reviews on performance with key departments
  • Provide check in points with managers with the focus to find future opportunities, gain referrals for new areas
  • Assist in developing opportunities for a Machinery of Gov P&L for RW focused on Policy, Marketing, Comms, PR and other Gov specific roles.
  • Be a face of Robert Walters and attend Government/Industry events and networking opportunities
  • Generating new business by networking, promoting the brand, gathering market information, and making business development calls, including staying informed of trends and innovative recruitment techniques
