POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Principal Product Marketing Manager will join our dynamic marketing team and steer our product marketing efforts to deliver unparalleled value. This opportunity is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on crafting captivating narratives around cutting-edge cloud networking solutions. Your mission will be to build and execute marketing strategies and content that resonate with our target audience, driving demand, and positioning Aviatrix as the market leader.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 15 years in product marketing or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and distill them into clear and actionable strategies.
  • Preferred: Experience in cloud networking or a related industry. Experience and/or technical knowledge of Azure, AWS, Equinix, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba clouds.
  • Start-Up Experience a plus!

US compensation range for this full-time position is $275,000 - $325,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Market Intelligence: You will become the expert on our buyers and understand their needs, behaviors, and decision-making criteria. You’ll immerse yourself in customer feedback, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to bring valuable insights into our product and marketing strategies. As our market intelligence guru, you will serve as the “voice of the customer” internally, influencing our product roadmap, marketing, and sales strategy.
  2. Messaging & Positioning: Your responsibility will be to develop next-level messaging and positioning that differentiates Aviatrix in the highly competitive cloud networking market. Crafting compelling narratives around our products and solutions, you’ll highlight our unique value proposition and demonstrate why Aviatrix is the go-to solution for cloud networking. Your innovative, data-driven positioning strategies will help us redefine how organizations perceive and gain value from cloud networking.
  3. Go-To-Market Enablement: In this role, you’ll champion the enhancement of our sales effectiveness by providing the team with the insights, tools, and collateral they need to succeed. Your collaboration with the sales, business development, and corporate marketing teams will enable them to capitalize on your market insights and powerfully convey our product’s value proposition. Your contributions will play a major role in enabling our GTM teams to exceed their targets and lead the charge in cloud networking sales.
  4. Demand Generation: Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help drive the development and execution of profound marketing programs aimed at increasing our market presence and influence. Harnessing the power of our AI tech stack, you will monitor campaign performance, iterate on our marketing strategies, and contribute to our ambitious lead generation goals. The integrated marketing campaigns you help drive will widen our market presence and increase demand for our innovative cloud solutions.
  5. Content Creation and Scale: As a leader of content creation efforts, you will craft insightful and exciting content such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies, webinars, infographics, and social media posts highlighting our product’s features and unique benefits. You won’t just communicate what our products do — you’ll tell immersive stories across multiple channels about how they transform the landscape of cloud networking and bring unmatched value to organizations navigating the multi-cloud journey.
  6. Product Launches: You’ll spearhead the successful launch of new products and services in the marketplace. Orchestrating cross-functional teams involving Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Comms, you will ensure seamless product rollout that surpasses customer expectations. Each product launch will be a testament to how Aviatrix continues to redefine the cloud networking space.
  7. Market Analysis: Last but certainly not least, you will conduct regular market analysis to keep Aviatrix ahead of industry trends and customer needs. Leveraging our advanced AI tech stack, you’ll be able to anticipate market shifts, monitor competitor activity, and adjust our marketing strategies to maintain a front-runner position. Your comprehensive market analysis will empower us to stay ahead of industry trends, continually innovate, and lead the cloud networking revolution.

A unique dimension of this role involves leveraging Aviatrix’s internal AI-powered tech stacks to revolutionize how we approach market research, customer insights, and content creation. You will be instrumental in:

  • Utilizing AI tools for accelerated market research, allowing us to quickly adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Gaining real-time insights into customer behaviors and product usage, ensuring our value proposition remains highly relevant and compelling.
  • Creating and scaling content creation and messaging through AI, enabling us to efficiently produce a wide array of impactful, targeted marketing materials
