Description:

Reporting to the Process Manager – Finance Group, this position is responsible for assisting the process manager in developing the processes for the finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementation of workflow process improvements within department and across organization.
  • Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
  • Work closely with various teams to research, document and analyze business requirements.
  • Document process improvements, including process redesign, reengineering, and automation.
  • Monitor and measure process performance by creating and analyzing metrics.
  • Assisting with creating and presenting process improvement reports/ideas.
  • Assist in evaluating existing business processes and identifying issues in business processes by examining process data and metrics.
  • Ability to train staff members on new procedures as required.
  • Assist in implementing process improvement plans, ensuring that changes are properly documented and communicated.
  • Assist on special projects/tasks as required.
  • Perform other tasks or jobs as required.
