Työn kuvaus:
What you will be doing

You will be part of the growing Process Technology Team, being involved in the development of new process technologies for precursors for Li-ion battery cathode materials and the subsequent transfer to mass production during industrialization. The focus will be specifically on the following aspects:

• Contribute to the development and optimization of process technologies in the area of pCAM production
• Actively participate and collaborate in pCAM investment projects as one of the process technology expert
• Execute and follow-up defined process engineering and industrialization projects
• Collect, analyse and report of experimental data, follow-up of project tasks (timelines) and report about progress
• Participate to precursor industrialization activities in terms of new production line commissioning

Who we are looking for

• MSc or BSc in Chemistry, Material Science or Process/Material/Chemical Engineering with previous experience
• Natural affinity to process technologies and equipment and process engineering
• Ability to operate/collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams
• Fluent in spoken and written Finnish & English
• Analytical thinking and ability for problem solving
