Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for the development and optimization of innovative PEM electrolyzers
  • You will work on the engineering of process layouts for new electrolyzers
  • You will prepare, review and maintain technical documentation, in particular process flow diagrams (P&ID), specifications, data sheets and specifications, applying relevant standards
  • You will design and describe measurement, control and regulation concepts
  • You are responsible for participating in and reviewing risk assessments
  • You not only act as the internal contact person but also work closely with suppliers and external service providers
  • You will embody the interface between the single module teams

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in process engineering (plant design); alternatively, in environmental engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable qualification, a previous apprenticeship is desirable
  • You have several years of experience in plant engineering for process plants or power plants
  • You have knowledge of European and US standards (e.g., ANSI, ASME, NEC etc.) in the field of oil, gas and plant construction and are experienced in working with explosion protection in plant construction
  • You are business-fluent in written and spoken English
  • You have sound knowledge of the design of process circuits and are confident in the application of relevant standards and guidelines
  • You are very familiar with technical documentation, especially P&IDs
  • You work independently, are responsible, have a quick grasp, and enjoy analytical and creative activities
