IFF is very excited to welcome a new Senior Process Engineer to our team, and we hope it’s you! In this role you can be based in any of our sites in Finland, i.e. Hanko, Naantali, Jämsänkoski, Vaasa; but ideally you would be based in our locations either in Kantvik or Kotka.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master/Bachelor of Science, Engineering discipline required (Chemical, Biochemical or Mechanical preferred)
• Fluent Finnish and English language are required
• Ideally ca. 10 – 15 years of experience in Manufacturing in multiple process industries (Chemical – Biotechnology – Food)
• Demonstration of influential leadership to lead & mentor others.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
