We are committed to advancing photonics technology and are looking for a passionate Process Engineer Lithography to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer Lithography to drive the development, optimization, and maintenance of our lithography processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photolithography, semiconductor processing, and hands-on experience with lithography equipment. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to process improvements and ensure the highest quality standards in our manufacturing operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in photolithography or semiconductor processing.
- Strong understanding of lithography principles, equipment (e.g., steppers, scanners), and materials.
- Hands-on experience with photolithography tools and process characterization techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of photonics and experience with photonic integrated circuits is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain lithography processes for the fabrication of photonic integrated circuits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure process integration and alignment with project goals.
- Perform process characterization, data analysis, and troubleshooting to enhance process performance and yield.
- Implement and monitor process control strategies to maintain consistency and reliability in production.
- Conduct experiments and provide technical support for new product introductions and process development projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the lithography area.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in lithography technology to drive continuous improvement.
