• Conceive, plan, execute and report the process development studies towards process scale-up and technology transfer to commercial scale within a quarterly format.
• Explore, identify, and implement existing chemical processes to advance the process efficiencies at pilot and commercial scale.
• Assist in design, construction, and commissioning of process equipment.
• Establish engineering change management systems to evaluate and mitigate process and product risks.
• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, and engineering teams to schedule and prioritize activities to meet corporate and team goals in short cycles.
