As a Senior Process Safety and Risk Consultant, you will report to ioMosaic senior leadership and will partner with global clients in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of their process safety and risk programs. You will be responsible for evaluating processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant process safety standards and risk management regulations. You will also be responsible for identifying potential hazards and risks and developing practical solutions to reduce them.
Location: Onsite and client sites - Employees are physically present on the premises during regular company hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple process safety and risk projects and maintain project schedules to ensure that critical deadlines are met.
  • Manage and/or perform process hazard analyses (PHA) and dust hazard analyses (DHA) for varying industries including chemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, food, metal, etc.
  • Manage and/or perform safety and integrity analysis, quantitative risk analysis, process safety management auditing, and facility siting analysis for oil and gas, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Participate in business development efforts to increase client retention and growth.
  • Mentor team members on industry process safety best practices, procedures and guidelines.
  • Serve as an expert, guest speaker, or contributing author to publications.
