Are you ready to advance your procurement skills? Look no further than the Boeing Company’s Enterprise Services’ Indirect Supply Chain team! They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Procurement Agent to join their team in North Charleston, SC, Seattle, WA, or Mesa, AZ.
As a Senior Procurement Agent, you will be an integral part of the ISC Factory Production & Site Services (FP&SS) - Consumables Team. This team plays a crucial role in procuring consumable items that are essential for supporting production and facilities services. From ensuring a steady supply of materials to optimizing cost and quality, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 5+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations
- 5+ years of experience in contracts and supplier performance
- 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
- Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
- Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
