REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Project & Process improvement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to think creatively and simplify complex problems
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders

• Conduct spend analysis on suppliers and categories to identify procurement value levers
• Lead competitive RFI’s/RFPs and negotiate with suppliers
• Utilize eProcurement technology platforms to streamline processes
• Track performance and savings across the portfolio
• Support special projects to improve efficiency and reduce overhead
• Manage vendor change management processes
• Drive implementation projects to maximize procurement benefits
• Provide technology vendor support and best practices
