DEPARTMENT SUMMARY

An Applied Innovation unit focused on the exploration and practical application of emerging technology solutions. Our teams of creative technologists augment tools and craft, using AI to revolutionise content production for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Traditional Media Expertise: Solid understanding of traditional production 3D and VFX design principles.
  • New Media Proficiency: Familiarity with AI-driven content creation and a basic understanding of coding practices.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex multimedia projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work with diverse teams, including creative professionals and technical experts.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Expertise in budget management and resource allocation to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
  • Innovation: Aptitude for combining traditional and new media in fresh and engaging ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the production of projects that utilise both traditional production techniques and new innovative solutions to ensure timely delivery and top-tier quality
  • Possess an understanding of production workflows using new technologies to confidently verbalise this to clients/team as well as reflecting the approach in supporting documentation
  • Prepare solid proposals that articulate the client ask and provides a suitable solution that is easy to understand
  • Resource and manage multiple teams across disciplines within the business, understanding skill requirements and sourcing appropriate roles to complete projects
  • Cost and time projects accurately showing a true understanding of the production workflow to be able to present this visually and verbally back to the client
  • Manage client budgets within our internal finance system, track and record burn rates and analyse costs versus revenue
  • Track project risks and concerns and provide solutions to mitigate against these before they become an issue
  • Create working partnerships across the network to effectively resource projects
  • Act as the key interface into client teams, agency teams or direct to client in the delivery of projects from approval
  • Run daily stand-ups, scrums on key projects
  • Lead project post-mortems to evaluate successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
