Senior Producer
Position Overview: We are creating immersive AR/VR training technology for the aerospace industry! We are the industry leaders in providing flight simulator technology to the AirForce! We’ve won countless awards for our VR games and have decades of experience creating augmented reality apps. We’ve partnered with major brands such as Google, Red Bull, Paramount, Sony, and more. We help train pilots better, faster, and within a more immersive environment!
The Senior Producer will manage projects from initial conception through final delivery. They will be responsible for maintaining positive client relationships and developing a project strategy that meets client expectations within budget and timeline parameters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Experience with JIRA, budgeting, forecasting, and project planning.
• Experience in producing and product management is a plus.
• Experience starting/building a facility or startup experience is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead project teams in the development of projects from concept through completion.
• Create and review project plans, develop strategies to ensure successful outcomes, and oversee quality control.
• Work with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage client expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
• Develop project budgets and forecasts.
