Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage the marketing game development process once the external developer is onboarded
- Establish and effectively convey the value propositions, key messages, and benefits of the product to internal stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, Account Management) as well as customers
- Plan and execute game launches, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful go-to-market plans and timely delivery of marketing campaigns
- Design and develop engaging games: drive the creation of fun and innovative games that help us acquire and retain players for our core products.
- Collaborate and communicate: work closely with product managers, artists, and developers to create cohesive and enjoyable game experiences.
- Effectively manage and collaborate with external development teams to ensure alignment with our vision and quality standards.
- Ensure third party partners meet objectives and milestones.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in product delivery, game development and / or QA with exposure to fast-paced organisations
- Significant experience in the social gaming space with a demonstrated understanding of what makes social gaming products successful
- Sufficient technical acumen to engage in meaningful conversations with engineers, technical project managers, and delivery managers on the development side.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through product management
- Experience working with third party developers to deliver products
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling marketing products
- Demonstrated deep understanding of the full customer journey from acquisition to customer relationship management
