Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the first Senior Product Analyst at Benefex you will work closely with our Product Analytics Lead to help shape an enthusiastic data informed culture within our product teams.
Your experience in using statistical methods to uncover valuable insights, and your passion for sharing what you learn will have a massive impact - helping us build exceptional employee experiences for upwards of two million end users in eighty countries worldwide.
By helping to leverage data insights, assisting product teams with their decisions, you will positively impact the quality of life at work for all of our end users.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with product managers, UX researchers, marketers, and engineers to answer important questions about customer activity and product engagement.
- Collaborate with product teams to design and evaluate experiments that will help improve outcomes for our customers and our business.
- Deep dive into topics of interest, sharing your findings with the wider teams to ensure your insights become a source of knowledge, as well as having a high impact on the business.
- Assist teams with defining measures of success and help guide your colleagues on data interpretation topics so that they can feel happy and confident about working with data themselves.
- Identify ways to scale analytics work through designing and developing engaging and useful self-serve reports and dashboards.
