Senior Product Analyst, Demand and Payments & Logistics

Data is guiding everything we do here at Swappie, and in order to be as impactful as possible we are now looking for a Senior Product Analyst to do some hardcore data crunching and to develop the swappie.com shopping experience to the next level!
As a Senior Product Analyst you’ll take ownership of the analytics and insights regarding the customer experience of swappie.com ecommerce site and our payments & logistics options across the European markets we serve. You will work with both our Demand and Payments & Logistics product teams within our tech organization.
Demand is one of our five cross-functional product teams each dedicated to solving customer problems in their domain. The Demand team is responsible for ensuring smooth customer experience throughout the journey from home page to discovering our product assortment before finally adding products to the shopping cart. The team’s main area of ownership is the customer experience of swappie.com along with the site’s SEO, while also handling the product, stock, and price data. The purpose of the Payments & Logistics product team is to offer a trustful and convenient way for customers to buy from Swappie. The team is responsible for the checkout experience, which is a critical customer-facing component. It is also supporting internal processes that are essential to offering a convenient delivery experience to our customers, like our fulfillment operations or the optimization of our sales inventory across our warehouse network.
In this Senior Product Analyst role you will get a chance to impact our product development direction by providing actionable insights and enabling the Demand and Payments & Logistics teams to make better product related decisions. You will report to the Head of Product Development, Demand and work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers in both Demand and Payments & Logistics product teams. Your work will have a tangible impact on how and to which direction we develop the swappie.com site.

• Build analytical understanding of Swappie’s ecommerce site covering the entire customer journey from the landing page to choosing payment and delivery options
• Contribute to product decisions and provide data-backed evidence for decision making
• Develop analytics models, reports, and data visualizations to follow and understand product performance
• Define concrete tracking requirements, A/B test plans, and experimentations needed to evaluate solutions together with Demand and Payments & Logistics teams
• Foster data-first culture as a member of a product team and support embedding data and analytics across projects and activities
