As a Senior Data Analyst in the Experimentation Platform team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the way we engage with our customers and drive the company’s success through data-driven experimentation.
In this role, you will be a key player in developing and maintaining our experimentation best practices, frameworks, and tools, enabling teams across the organization to conduct high-quality experiments at scale. Your expertise will be invaluable in promoting a culture of experimentation, and staying at the forefront of industry trends and techniques.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across various teams, tackle a diverse range of products and business challenges, and make a significant contribution to the advancement of experimentation at Zalando.
You will work closely with other Data Analysts, Applied Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement high-stakes experiments that align with our business objectives. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure the proper collection and analysis of data, while your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively convey insights to stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you will collaborate with third-party tool providers to guide their roadmap and support the development of complementary analytics tools, further enhancing our experimentation capabilities.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Develop and maintain experimentation best practices, frameworks, and tools to enable teams to run high-quality experiments at scale.
• Support test setups and analyses for high-stakes experiments.
• Drive the product roadmap together with the Product Manager based on qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Support the data onboarding and governance strategy and solution.
• Conduct ad hoc and deep dive analysis to help the experimentation team with debugging.
• Help build a comprehensive experimentation training program for internal teams.
• Have a growth and continuous learning mindset and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and experimentation.
