Senior Product Compliance Manager - Assets

Job Description
We’re looking for a Regulatory Product Compliance Senior Manager to join our growing Product Compliance team and lead the Assets Product Compliance support in APAC. This role is hands-on, a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product and compliance manager, and help save millions more people money.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working for firms in the retail investments, fund management, or capital markets industries, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience during that period;

• Deep working knowledge of the MAS’ Securities and Futures act (“SFA”);
• Familiar with the evolving regulatory expectations of the MAS with regards to Capital Market firms and ideally even Payment Services / Electronic Money firms;
• Ability to prioritise effectively and call-out what are the key areas of improvement and implementation required from a regulatory point of view;
• Ability to effectively communicate with Product Managers and Engineers and provide practical, actionable, and value added recommendations;
• Problem solving attitude, with the ability to use regulation together with data to drive business decisions;
• A natural owner, that drives and delivers project from inception to completion, timely and with attention to the details;
• Willingness to travel, as the Assets team is mainly located in London; and
• Legally authorised to work in Singapor

  Qualifications
