Senior Product Designer

We’re on the lookout for a SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER, with technical end to end UX / UI skills and strong data product design workflow experience.

• $155-$170k package
• Perm (would consider Contract to Perm)
• Sydney based preferred
• Hybrid
• 5-6 years experience in Data and Tech

This is an exceptional position for a Senior Product Designer with 5-6 years + experience. Confidence designing for large data sets, navigating complexity and working with new & emerging technologies (no-code solutions, web3, crypto, blockchain, AI etc) is ideal.

The key requirements of this role include:

• Strong abilities to understand business requirements, working closely with customers and founding CEO.
• End to end capabilities UX/UI from leading the analytics app design, maintaining the design system, building new user flows and experiences to high end fidelity UI output.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineers and the ability to understand scope for future growth from a technical standpoint.
• This is a very technical role, you will need to have the relevant experience and tenacity to prioritise features based on complexity, technical capability and customer demand.
• Be highly independent, proactive and take initiative when communicating with team members in multi-stakeholder processes.
• Computer/Science Degree and front end engineering capabilities
