Description:

AT LEAST 5+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A PRODUCT DESIGNER OLE WITH STRONG UX/UI KNOWLEDGE.

  • Ability to develop new digital products and services.
  • Strong in facilitating product road map, design and test to standard and budget.
  • NSW Government experience would be highly beneficial with good knowledge of industry standards and methodologies.
  • Ability to understand and implement emerging technologies and business practices / methodologies.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will be an experienced Senior Product Designer to assist in the delivery of a key digital initiative across the organisation which is is accountable for digital product definition, design and development and implementation across the key requirements.
The role will see you accountable for digital product definition, design, development, implementation and delivery. You will be required to review and analyse business mapping, services and processes to make enhancement to digital products and services across the business.
You will be working with both business and technology stakeholders. This is a fast-paced environment an requires a ‘go-getter’ to come in and hit the ground running reporting into the Principal Service Designer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop digital products and services that are customer service user-friendly as required.
  • Ensure that digital products and services enable effective customer service across the business.
  • Ensure that products are tested and in line with organisation standards and timelines.
  • Work with both technical and business stakeholders to delivery strategic transformation outcomes including designers, and engineers.
  • Contribute to design systems to ensure that they are consistent and scalable across the business.
  • Ability to solve issues and and map out product journey in line with organisation standards.
  • Implement tools and strategies for continuous improvement in customer experience using UX/UI.
  • Ensuring that sensitive negotiations are met with wide range of stakeholders and ability to work with change management when required.
