As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the design process, ensuring high-quality designs and contributing to the overall success of the user experience. You will oversee the product design creation process and mentor teammates, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Lead the design of new products and features from concept to launch, working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Translate product goals into functional user experiences and develop these experiences through various stages of the product life cycle.
• Develop a user-centered approach focusing on reducing customer pain points.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Utilize product personas to inform design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into your work.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting best practices and helping them improve their skills.
• Identify scenarios where product experiences meet customer needs through iterative designs and analytics tools.
• Work on all aspects of product design, from customer research to compelling interaction and visual design.
