KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

• Ensuring new products are delivered to agreed briefs and timings using the Tip Top gate system and relevant tools to meet business growth targets
• Building strong internal and external relationships to drive the innovation agenda through identifying and implementing solutions and opportunities.
• Delivering year on year cost saving opportunities through collaborative approaches with operations
• Mentoring and providing support to other team members

This full-time, 12 month fixed-term position will focus on delivering the product innovation agenda via the implementation of new ingredients, processes and technologies that meet the changing needs of consumers. Reporting into a Senior Product Development Manager you will be working closely with the Marketing and Operations team to develop products that Kiwis enjoy every day.
