Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Smart Factory 4.0 initiatives within the semiconductor industry. This role entails overseeing projects from inception to installation, focusing on project scoping, customization, component procurement, sales proposal preparation, negotiation, and global project management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the semiconductor or wafer fab environment and will be instrumental in driving innovation and success in this field.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or wafer fab environment.
• Proven track record of project management and product development in a technical setting.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in global project management and familiarity with Smart Factory 4.0 technologies is desirable.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design mechanical jigs and fixtures for continuous improvement and safety enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with the internal Engineering Team to oversee the development, fabrication, installation, and testing of in-house digitalization projects.
• Lead, manage, train, and develop team members to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in their roles.
