The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to provide and execute the vision for the Courier Mobile App Product suite. You’ll be instrumental in providing couriers the best experience and how they can help to deliver everyday convenience to customers of Just Eat Takeaway globally.
The Courier Mobile App team builds the core features for couriers so they can be efficient and effective at their jobs. The products and tools provide couriers with seamless experiences that are relevant and valuable to the overall business ecosystem of JET, our partners, and customers. You’ll be responsible for empowering the couriers so they can provide the best customer experience.
You will also use your understanding and knowledge of mobile applications to evolve our key product in Logistics. This includes requirements gathering, definition, and delivery of innovative industry leading products and features.

- Understand your users, identify pain points & improvement opportunities to translate into strategy & roadmap.
- Proactively communicate & collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.
- Lead the product life cycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring flawless go-to-market.
- Reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Make informed and evidence-based decisions using UX Research inputs, quantitative data and market insights.
- Influence the team, manager and other Product Managers in the same department.
- Create a vision and strategy for your products in collaboration with your team and in alignment with your Product Lead.
- Playing an active role in the JET delivery community, and sharing best practice across Product Management.
- Work effectively as part of an Agile, international team.
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience as a Senior Product Manager in Agile software development teams.
- Solid understanding of, experience with, and a passion for modern product management and concepts like product discovery and delivery.
- Effective communication of complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple and concise way.
- Experience with mobile products in the consumer domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to your job, finding ways to optimise our processes & products
- Able to explain complex and abstract systems to your team & stakeholders
- Fluent English (written & spoken) and strong communication skills.
