In this critical role, the Senior Product Manager for Acquisition will serve as an essential part of a strategic trio, alongside an Engineering Manager and a UX Designer. This role is not only about strategic oversight; it’s about aggressively driving product development with a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and marketing enablement. You will manage the intersection between marketing tool integration, tracking enhancements, and product development, ensuring each initiative maximizes conversion rates while aligning with our user needs and business objectives. You’ll lead from the front, owning the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, and continuously optimizing for acquisition excellence.

Responsibilities:

As Senior Product Manager Acquisition, you’ll:

  • Proactive Product Development Leadership: Take the lead in product development with a special focus on enhancing user acquisition and conversion. Collaborate closely with engineering and UX teams to transform strategic visions into actionable, high-conversion product solutions. Manage the hypothesis backlog with a prioritization on features that enhance CRO, and maintain a laser focus on high-impact initiatives.
  • Strategic Trio Collaboration: Play a crucial role in the product team, ensuring a seamless blend of strategy, design, and technology with a lens on acquisition. Your partnership with the Engineering Manager and UX Designer will be vital in crafting products that not only deliver outstanding user experiences but also excel in market penetration and conversion.
  • Data-Driven Acquisition Focus: Champion the hypothesis backlog with an acute focus on validating and iterating product ideas based on conversion metrics, user feedback, and market data. Steer the product development process by setting clear objectives for user acquisition, making data-informed decisions, and adapting strategies promptly to optimize conversion rates.
  • Marketing Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to integrate marketing tools and tracking mechanisms into the product. Share insights and collaborate on strategies that enhance user acquisition and retention through effective use of marketing technology and CRO practices.
  • Technical and Architectural Coordination: Align with the Engineering Manager to tackle technical challenges, ensuring that product solutions are not only innovative but also optimized for maximum conversion potential.
