THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • 5-10 years of experience within a product management discipline
  • Deep knowledge and experience working in the automation space (e.g. RPA, no-code automation products, workflow & orchestration tools)
  • Knowledge of enterprise readiness requirements for large enterprises (e.g. monitoring, security, permissions, audit)
  • Experience in working together with engineering and design teams
  • An analytical or technical background along with a passion for all things data
  • A proactive, analytical and collaborative mindset, coupled with strong communication skills
  • Excited about providing clarity in the face of ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment that comes with being part of an innovative hyper-growth company
  • Fluent English is essential

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are looking for experienced product managers to join our rapidly growing product and engineering organization. Embedded within a cross-functional team, the Product Manager will be responsible for coming up with and aligning the team to the product strategy, rigorous prioritization, and supporting execution with clear requirements. Successful product managers will have a strong understanding of customer needs, the overall market in which we operate, and most importantly our product. Success requires deep collaboration with many different stakeholders across our business.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop a holistic product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise readiness of our no-code automation tool Action Flows ensuring that the Actions Platform meets the highest standards of security, scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design counterparts to translate the strategy into actionable plans and successfully bring the product to market.
  • Drive buy-in and alignment across the organization for the product strategy and vision, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and support the direction.
  • Work directly with customers and the go-to-market organization to deeply understand customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance the product, focusing on delivering the highest possible customer value.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for the Actions Platform, championing its features, benefits, and value proposition both internally and externally.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
