Responsibilities:
- Leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality experiences that lead to desired outcomes
- Build out the strategy for Activation (free & paid) in partnership with Marketing and Commercial teams
- Collaborating with your team and others to think big and imagine future solutions to solve problems
- Run experiments to increase targeted outcomes and share those learnings across the company
- Partner with analytics and research to better understand what drives your targeted outcomes; be a subject matter expert on the topic
- Contribute to the continuous development of our overarching growth product strategy
- Taking ownership of the product roadmap and backlog, and ensuring that they are aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Conducting research and interacting regularly with customers to gain knowledge about the problems you are solving and defining and framing these problems with your team
- Building relationships with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success and promoting product-thinking throughout the organisation
- Communicating product plans, status, and issues to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Motivating your team and colleagues to produce their best work possible.
