Responsibilities:
- Relationship, governance, and contract management with insurers.
- Insurance projects.
- Regular Board reporting – annual board reports, ad-hoc proposals and updates.
- Implementation of robust controls, risk governance and incident management.
- Customer experience improvements.
- Resolve queries, complaints and escalations.
- Support approval process e.g. disclosure, product implementation.
- Compliance with legislative change.
- Continuous improvement.Support platforms strategy development
