Description:

We’re offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager within our Product Management function. As Senior Product Manager, you will be the primary lead and responsible of the full product life cycle of the product portfolio of the KK IP product group and closely collaborate with main stakeholders across the company (Key Account Management, Business Units and Product Development).
You will drive and ensure clear and updated Business Strategy, Business Roadmap and Business Briefs as well as take full ownership of the entire KK IP Product Group and its development/business impact towards world class performance.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Master degree in Technical/Commercial or/and Management
  • Min. + 10 years professional experience incl. 5-10 years in Product Management
  • Experienced within high power electronics where busbars are used
  • Knowledge and experience in commercializing technical solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering the competitive edge for a product group in the market
  • Strong business and commercial understanding
  • Strong program/project management and communication skills
  • Systematic with attention to details, especially when it comes to understanding the business risks
  • Good working knowledge in market- and financial analysis
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the full product life cycle of the products, platforms, modules and components within the product group of Busbar Solutions and Systems
  • Actively participate in the development & execution of the Function Strategy for Product Management
  • Driving the sales enablement with existing and potential customers to trigger future business i.e., Fairs, sound boards, strategic meetings, pre-RFQs and RFQs
  • Driving Business Insight of market, customers, users, technologies and actual business performance
  • Driving Business Strategy annually and when changes needed
  • Driving Business Roadmap and ensure it is always updated and reflecting reality
  • Fulfilling the Product Development framework / tools and contributing to its further development
  • Ensuring Product Master Data is created and kept updated
  • Ensuring creation of strong Business Briefs incl. business case for each Business Development initiative
  • Ensuring preparation and performance of strong presentations on the Product Committee Meetings
  • Actively participating and contributing in communicating product releases
  • Leading the necessary training of sales and catalyzing the impact in the market
  • Ensuring strong coordination and collaboration with Marketing
  • Monitor and lead initiatives to either maintenance and update or eventually phasing-out
  • Ensuring strong collaboration with the Business Units and Product Development to bridge the needs / abilities with the business insights
