Description:

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Cohere Health is illuminating healthcare for patients, their doctors, and all those who are important in a patient’s healthcare experience, both in and out of the doctors office. Founded in August, 2019, we are obsessed with eliminating wasteful friction patients and doctors experience in areas that have nothing to do with health and treatment, particularly for diagnoses that require expensive procedures or medications. To that end, we build software that is expressly designed to ensure the appropriate plan of care is understood and expeditiously approved, so that patients and doctors can focus on health, rather than payment or administrative hassles.

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Product Manager to serve as Product Lead for Cohere’s new Business Intelligence product team. This role will be responsible for collaborating with business and clinical stakeholders to bring a new product to market that transforms how our clients and users interact with reports. This role requires you to have a deep understanding of Business Intelligence technologies, market trends, and customer needs, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Last but not least: People who succeed here are empathetic teammates who are candid, kind, caring, and embody our core values and principles. We believe that diverse, inclusive teams make the most impactful work. Cohere is deeply invested in ensuring that we have a supportive, growth-oriented environment that works for everyone.

YOUR BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (6 years) in Product Management in care management, digital health, or adjacent industries, with at least 2 years of experience focused on business intelligence, data analytics, or related technologies.
  • A track record of bringing new products or capabilities to market and ensuring they deliver their intended outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of BI concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., data warehousing, ETL, reporting, dashboards, data visualization, predictive analytics).
  • Demonstrated experimentation mindset and data-informed decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., NCQA, HIPAA).
