Description:

INTRODUCING CHAPTR

Ask a room of people to define the future of work, and you’ll likely get a dozen different answers. For some, it’s about focusing on more creative goals and automating daily tasks. To others, it creates a fear of being replaced in the near future. To us, the future of work means working alongside AI. Being in control of the best technology instead of being controlled by it.
CHAPTR is a part of the Holtzbrinck Publishing Group alongside businesses like Springer Nature and Macmillan. A dynamic startup fueled by our passion for technology and redefining the future of work. We build cutting-edge products and relentlessly push the boundaries of what is possible.
We’re actively building a diverse team, because diversity fuels fun and innovation. If you feel you may not meet all job requirements, apply anyway; we understand impostor syndrome but won’t let it hinder hiring the best. We’re a remote, #familyfirst company, offering flexibility while staying committed to our mission. If you’re excited about innovation, eager to propel our projects, and passionate about AI, join CHAPTR on this thrilling journey.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We’re in search of a full-time Senior Product Manager with a deep appreciation and fascination of AI’s transformative potential. Someone ready to stand on the front lines of innovation, breathing life into products that empower large organizations with generative AI: reshaping traditional workflows, unearthing new possibilities across the entire value chain and increasing efficiency. In this central role, you’ll be at the helm of translating and implementing an iterative product strategy. From customer journey mapping and feature prototyping, to rigorous testing and iterative improvement - you steer the continuous evolution of our products.
As a key player in our team, you’ll be collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, AI Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, Project Managers and Business Specialists, all committed to our business goals. Reporting directly to our CPO, you will articulate our product narrative convincingly, both internally and to external stakeholders.
In essence, you are the heart and brains of our products. This is an invitation to those who are ready to navigate the thrilling landscape of AI and shape its application and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Take ownership of the product and report directly to the Co-Founder & CPO.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, identify product gaps, generate new ideas that increase customer engagement and promote growth.
  • Study and enhance user journeys, identify and address customer challenges, and create a streamlined and seamless user experience.
  • Develop a product vision with the CHAPTR leadership and your team - then translate it into specific, actionable product requirements.
  • Plan the product roadmap, build and maintain the backlog, and track progress.
  • Facilitate the SCRUM process ceremonies
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers on prototyping for optimal user experiences.
  • Gather user feedback from prototypes, interviews, analytics, and surveys to validate hypotheses.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products through rapid iterations.
  • Foster internal and external support for the product vision and act as a product advocate, creating awareness and enthusiasm within and outside CHAPTR.
  • Spearhead product launches in collaboration with marketing and communications experts.
  • Utilize AI technology as part of your workflows.
