Cloudera Product Managers are the technical/business leaders in the R&D organization. Product Managers are responsible for driving the roadmap and lead cross-functional teams in creating cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers. As a Senior Product Manager you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Cloud Migration Assistant, aligning with Cloudera’s overall vision and objectives.
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and challenges related to cloud migration in the enterprise space. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Cloud Migration Assistant. Drive product awareness, generate demand, and support sales enablement efforts to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth.
- Drive the development of innovative features and functionalities that simplify and accelerate the cloud migration process for Cloudera customers. Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and deliverables.
We’re excited about you if you have:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a track record of successfully bringing software products to market.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience with cloud migration strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and driving business results.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
