Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Identity Resolution Squad (all genders) and help us correctly deduplicate user accounts into unique customers.
You will work closely with a smart team of data scientists and engineers to build the product that identifies which user accounts and/or platform traffic belong to the same customer. Since Delivery Hero operates several brands in different markets across the globe, the motivation and capabilities for an individual to register several accounts vary greatly, and so do the legal possibilities for us to identify and deduplicate those multiple registrations into unique customers.

When done right, we are able to identify not only the multiple accounts a customer holds, but also the intention in having them, enabling us to prevent fraud, optimize our marketing/retention strategy and provide a consistent experience across all the accounts a customer might have.

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Identity Resolution Service, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize work so your team is always working on the most impactful projects.
  • Constantly evaluate if the solutions you’re building are helping you achieve the team goals through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Perform tests in collaboration with product analysts and data scientists to validate assumptions and improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders from 40+ different countries to uncover problem areas and stay on top of them.
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders and be transparent on progress and priorities.

Qualifications
-

4+ years as a (technical) product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful results

  • Experience with managing complex data driven products & participation in technical discussions with engineers/data scientists as well as non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets
  • You are proactive, intellectually curious, and self driven
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills to surface stakeholder needs, explain product capabilities and communicate roadmap decisions in a clear and concise way

Nice to have:

  • Engineering / data science background
  • Experience in working with OKRs
  • Experience in building and managing complex software services at scale, working with a global product that has stakeholders in different markets around the world
