Description:
Responsibilities:
- Craft and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that balances innovation with enhancements to meet evolving customer needs across different technological landscapes (open banking and data aggregation products).
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to create detailed product specifications and requirements to ensure timely delivery.
- Represent customer interests within the organization and ensure their needs and feedback are central to development.
- Oversee product performance and continuously monitor key metrics, including optimizing API performance, user conversion rates, and expanding product integrations.
