• Lead and handle data governance technical products and solutions to ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards
• Handle the onboarding of new hires within the organization, including product training and support (e.g. Data Quality, metadata management tooling)
• Drive organizational change and effective communication strategies for successful implementation
• Foster strong relationships with partners and work closely with various teams to ensure consistent support and alignment with data governance initiatives.
• Manage technology projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure successful agile delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Work with Engineering and Business counterparts to maintain the product backlog and prioritize feature release
