Responsibilities:
- Own and drive key aspects of the Acquiring Product portfolio, specifically in relation to eCommerce solutions.
- Drive ideation and feature prioritisation with external partners and the transformation and service delivery teams to develop, enhance and manage our target eCommerce product suite.
- Builds partnerships with multiple stakeholders to deliver on key growth and quality targets, including but not limited to feature / capability prioritisation and execution, as well as commercial discussions.
- Accountable for product risk and governance, product design, collateral, terms and conditions of product use, processes, and product controls.
- Be a subject matter expert and use in-depth knowledge of products, markets, and competitors to achieve agreed portfolio outcomes and build eCommerce presence within the Westpac Group.
- Work in partnership with colleagues to define and agree the “why” and the “what” of how we successfully deliver Product value propositions to the market.
- Ensure the value propositions are designed to deliver tangible benefits to both Westpac Group.
