Day in a Life of a Senior Product Manager
A typical day-in-life of a Senior Product Manager for eMaint X5 would intersect with various aspects of product roadmap and strategy development. This includes gathering customer feedback, analyzing data to inform decisions (product, commercial, market), collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving towards a product roadmap that meets product strategy and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Cross-functional collaboration teams to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, execute ongoing priorities, and align functional requirements and business cases with strategic priorities.
Communicate product roadmap priorities, rationale, and expectations to various internal and external stakeholders.
Engage directly with strategic customers and broader Customer Success organization to synthesize the “voice of customer” for product roadmap development.
Create and maintain artifacts like product overview presentations, roadmap requirements, customer enhancement requests, roadmap ideas.
Support ongoing strategic initiatives for product and organizational improvements.

Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, science, or business discipline
5+ years of experience with B2B, enterprise software products (preferably SaaS) in Product Management or Product Strategy roles
Track-record of working across the product roadmap process from concept to delivery.
Experience with managing products at scale (products with at least 500+ direct customers)
Personal Skills
Customer and internal stakeholder communication and management
Concept and consensus building
Ease with presenting to a broad audience (internal and external)
Ability to deal with undefined/ not-fully defined problem statements.
