THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with an engineering leader and a team of world-class engineers to innovate, define, develop, and deliver cutting-edge identity solutions. Our identity solutions are critical, as they are used by every customer in every interaction with our products, ensuring high security and operational standards to protect our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Software Engineering or relevant experience in a Software company.
  • Knowledge of Splunk’s technology, its architecture, or past experience in developing or administering Splunk is highly desirable.
  • Skilled at writing proposals, narratives, and roadmaps, and adept at socializing and presenting ideas and status reports to attain cross-functional agreement.
  • Understanding of identity and access management concepts and standards including mutual TLS, OAuth, JWT-based authentication, and authorization models such ABAC, RBAC, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams, balancing technological excellence with customer needs.
  • Support the product strategy for identity standards such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC and SCIM.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • Drive product development through the entire lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and innovation, sharing insights and best practices across the organization.
