JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Imaging 360 for Operations enables our customers to increase efficiency and streamline operations of their radiology departments towards the goal of improved patient access, standardized care and enhanced staff experience.
As the Product Manager for Daily Operations of Imaging 360 you will be responsible for the identification and development of the product offerings related to device situational awareness, analytics, and AI guidance. The Product Manager works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to make the voice of the customer a reality through product definition, planning, specification, development, and GTM/commercialization. This includes identifying AI opportunities using multiple data sources that can help identify areas of optimization and improvement for the customer. They manage the solution offerings throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, providing the product direction per the customer value propositions and market viability, and working closely with senior leadership, regional leaders and cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Eight years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in a related engineering, business, operations or commercial occupation in the healthcare imaging or radiology industry.
- Eight years experience in product development and/or leading product life-cycle management with global teams
- Five years experience with strategic planning, product management, and operational execution
- Direct experience in business and financial analysis to develop product ROI and investment tradeoff decisions
Responsibilities:
- Define customer value propositions based on a good understanding of
customer challenges and clinical workflows in the areas of Daily Operations in Imaging 360.
- Own the strategic product roadmap & customer feature sets for the solution offerings per the customer value propositions and market viability. This includes defining AI solutions that can help translate data into insights and actions to guide improvements for the customers.
- Directly contribute to the vision, strategy and realization of the complete Imaging 360 portfolio through collaboration with other product and program teams.
- Own the product scope, provide product inputs to the engineering team for technical scope and user requirement development.
- Define the features/capabilities at the solution level for each external release.
- Work with the cross-functional teams to evaluate feature set vs. cost and timing tradeoffs while ensuring it is consistent with business and product portfolio strategies.
- Partner with product marketing and regions on competitive analysis and ensures that features and capabilities across the product roadmap are competitive in our target markets.
- Develop luminary relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/reference accounts
- Work with marketing on evidence generation to quantify the customer’s value.
- Own the business case and justification for product investment
