about this team
The Digital Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. The Mobile App Channel team within the broader Digital Product Management organization will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated guest experience for the iOS App channel serving North American guests, working closely with partners in Technology, UX, Operations and key strategic partners.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Responsible for understanding how upper funnel guest experiences in the iOS mobile shopping app align with the overall business / company strategy, what guest / business problems need to be solved and what inputs are required
  • Responsible for creating and owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap for new features for one or more mid-scale and mid complexity products
  • Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPI’s that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives
  • Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends
  • Measure and report out on the success of features and enhancements that are delivered for one or more mid-scale and mid complexity products
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and account for them in solution design and prioritization

qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications.
  • Experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, and specifically, iOS mobile apps
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
  • Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
  • Experience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and in-direct reporting relationships

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$162,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
