Responsibilities:
- Create & refine a product strategy which aligns to our broader company strategy, including creating and owning the roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with a Product Designer and Tech Lead in a Triad, working together to lead Product Discovery & Delivery.
- Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, and go to market activity.
- Collect & analyse relevant data & metrics to make better decisions, share learnings across the company.
- Become an expert on the customer, and an expert on the business.
- Act as a leadership and culture driver without formal authority.
