HOW YOU CAN GROW

  • Kyruus Health will bring you through an onboarding process that is both structured and self-guided, designed to enable connection and productivity as you learn more about our company, functions and products. Additionally, we have a culture of feedback, inclusive of our performance review process that provides you with the coaching, resources and opportunities to help you learn and grow with us.
  • Kyruunauts in the Senior Product Manager role can move in a more linear career path to a Lead Product Manager position. From there, you may continue growth as an Individual Contributor or explore a management position within the Product Management vertical.
  • Kyruus Health also loves to see an internal transfer. If a linear career path is not what you’re looking for, you can work with your manager and HR to explore lateral moves to other parts of the organization as you continue to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vision for our Search and Care Recommendations engine with a focus on the Health System and Health Plan customers. This product suite facilitates the search and care navigation for millions of patients and has the potential to fundamentally change the way patients find and navigate day-to-day care.
  • Identify ways Generative AI and other modern search technologies can be utilized to improve the care navigation process to connect patients with the right providers based on their needs, preferences, and the goals of our provider customers. Work with Engineering to drive the Build vs Buy decisions as you explore new opportunities in Search.
  • Be the driving force behind the strategy to determine which investments will yield the highest ROI in terms of net new revenue and getting more patients access to the care they deserve; work directly with the executive team, sales, customer service, marketing, design, and engineering leadership.
  • Produce a roadmap to reach your vision by working with engineers, designers, and product marketers to define high-level priorities and user stories. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies to reinforce top priorities, and drive your team towards measurable progress against the roadmap.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to drive investments in new initiatives and features including Click Through Rate, bounce rate, and search result quality. Help define additional KPIs to measure effectiveness of Search.
  • Be the subject matter expert related to Search sessions, search keywords, search result quality within the Product Team and the wider Kyruus Health organization.
  • Champion the process of continually feeding insights from our data, market research, customers, patients, and internal stakeholders back into the business and development processes.
  • Assess key technology, business, and partnership opportunities that will help us reach our goals faster. Translate business needs into functional user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria, groom the product backlog, and keep the squad on track.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of our competitive landscape in the marketplace, and consumer trends that we can leverage to consistently expand our total addressable market.
  • Create artifacts that serve both internal and external audiences including case studies, training materials, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Develop relationships with customers that build our understanding of their needs and new problems that we can solve on their behalf.
  • Use strong technical skills to work closely with the Engineering team. Function as a SME on the technical aspects of your product, while still being able to distill deeply technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Product within the Care Access Applications Product Management Division.
