Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a member of the LifeStation Product team you will own a portion of the product portfolio including, but not limited to:
- Our internal platform that integrates our Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) devices with our alarm monitoring software
- Field service systems that enable installation and setup of PERS devices by our representatives at the customer’s home
- Tools for our customer’s loved ones to locate them based on the geolocation of their LifeStation device
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work within an agile environment to create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize the backlog and help define the software roadmap for the business
- Participate in the creation of wireframes, user flows and product requirements documents
- Partner with developers to devise and deliver efficient and effective solutions
- Lead user research efforts through customer interviews and surveys
- Own, distribute and optimize metrics and KPIs for the platform
- Conduct competitive analysis and keep abreast of industry best practices
