lululemon is a pioneering force in the retail industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional in-store experiences for both our customers and associates. We are in search of a talented Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our in-store iOS app, focusing on the homepage, navigation, and upper funnel experiences crucial for equipping our educators with the information they need to serve guests effectively on the floor.
The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our in-store iOS app, ensuring it is intuitive, efficient, and tailored to the needs of our educators. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of mobile app development, UX design, and the retail environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the in-store experience and drive business success.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to implementation and optimization.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Conduct A/B tests and user research to gather insights and validate product hypotheses.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet the specific needs of our educators.
  • Optimize app navigation and information architecture to streamline access to critical resources and information.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess feature performance, user engagement, and overall app health.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future product iterations.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across departments.

qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in product management
  • Experience in iOS product management is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment
  • Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
  • If immigration support required: Bachelors degree in related field and several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business required

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$162,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
