Microsoft 365 is the de facto standard for enterprise cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution and the Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive services are its foundational elements.
Microsoft Teams product has recently reached 350 million monthly active users (MAU) and SharePoint/OneDrive reached over 300 million MAU. We are continuing to see exponential growth in our services and are expanding our team.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (PM) who will be responsible for delivering a world-class e-Signature platform and experience for OneDrive and SharePoint services with a holistic view of Microsoft 365. Keys to success will encompass creating a comprehensive eSignature solution for millions of users and administrators of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications for the role include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, product sense, user understanding and empathy, cross-group experience, system-level thinking, and an ability to plan and manage a portfolio of related features.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related experience
  • Experience launching multiple iterations of products to customers in market

  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills (written & oral), a strong background of influencing others, and bias towards action
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, disciplines, and across levels of management

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented Product Manager with a passion for building products, the ability to forge strong cross-org partnerships to achieve common aspirations, aptitude to enable progress through data-driven methodology, and a drive to make our customers and our business successful.

  • You will be part of the team building SharePoint eSignature which includes the user experience to initiate an electronic signature, to comprehensive admin experiences for managing who are allowed to perform eSignature for a given organization. In addition, the team enables the integration with 1st and 3rd party products empowering them to build differentiated electronic signature scenarios.
  • You will work closely with other major services like Teams, Exchange, Planner, Power BI, Power Automate, etc., in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra, Azure Front Door, Key Vault, etc., in Azure. This is a highly collaborative role with emphasis on partnership across organization boundaries and across PM, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Marketing disciplines to deliver impact together.
  • You will be the voice of the engineering team in customer conversations and will have plenty of opportunities to work directly with big enterprise customers and bring impact to Microsoft’s Security and Compliance business. You will rally customers’ adoptions of your solutions with passion.
