REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  o OR equivalent experience.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements as these are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

o OR equivalent experience.

• 1+ years of experience in security.
• Technical knowledge of cloud security solutions for large-scale environments.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.

• Deliver critical security monitoring features, manage outcomes, and drive execution to achieve results
• Manage the lifecycle of detections that secure Azure Datacenters and discover detection coverage gaps that monitor security controls and defenses
• Translate security policy into high efficacy detection capabilities that detect internal and external threats, insecure operations, or attempts to infiltrate Azure cloud systems
• Build strong partnerships with other Microsoft teams to ensure strategy and execution alignment and leverage others’ work to build a cohesive security solution.
• Drive clarity by writing detailed specifications that develop logic, data, and telemetry requirements, as well as desired security monitoring outcomes.
• Work in partnership with a team of highly technical Engineers
